Very happy with the place - helped with all my questions, provided medicine I needed and alternatives if they did not have exact ones. Very polite service, neat and clean pharmacy store. Spoke english perfectly :)

I purchased 1 pareo and a matching bag in this pharmacy as a gift for a friend of mine. Unfortunately, once the package of the sarong was opened, it turned out to be oversized, as it did not appear from the one displayed in the window, more like a bedspread or sofa cover. Four days later I return to ask for a replacement or a shopping voucher, in the morning I can't find the owner and they tell me to come back in the afternoon. On the second attempt the owner is absent again and since I decide to wait for her return, after at least 20 minutes of waiting they tell me that on the phone the owner has confirmed what the clerks had already said, i.e. that no changes are made. In any business, change is allowed, except perhaps in food businesses. It was therefore mere rudeness unbecoming of a neighborhood pharmacy. I had had bad experiences with prescription medications in the past, but I chalked this up to the young age of some of the pharmacists. At this point I will never set foot there again and in fact I strongly advise against it

5-star pharmacy, especially in this period dominated by the famous "supermarket" pharmacy chain, aseptic especially from a human point of view. Dr. Casaroli and her staff of collaborators are always efficient and very kind, even if we miss Dr. Ginny a bit....

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years, and I must say that they have never disappointed my expectations. The staff is also made up of young pharmacists, like Lorenzo, who has always shown himself to be highly capable of every situation by providing effective solutions, also highly trained in phytotherapy, as well as in allopathic medicine. Rating 5++ for preparation, timeliness, care in customer management

Friendly and nice, especially Dr. Picciau and his colleague Antonio. However, in this pharmacy, the price of FFP2 masks has remained unchanged since the beginning of the pandemic. Now online they also cost €7/each.
