I have been a customer for over 14 years and I found Silvia in the cosmetics department, a competent, patient and kind person who has always been able to guide me and advise me on purchases in the best way. I haven't found her for months and I don't go because I don't find the same competence and availability.
I have been a customer for a long time, and I have always got on well with Silvia, jovial, competent and above all attentive to the customer's needs, she has never been grumpy, and this for me personally is primary, I'm sorry I haven't seen her again, for me it was a significant point of reference.
I have noticed a substantial worsening in the last period, especially with regards to customer care and I have been for several years. I no longer find professionalism and competence in the cosmetics department... too bad, I'll go elsewhere.
Pharmacy also open at night with a wide selection of medicines. Although the internal spaces are large, the variety of parapharmaceutical products is not very high, in particular those for the care of children and newborns. High prices with 3x2 formulas on many products which ultimately cost more individually than other businesses. The area open to customers at night is a dirty open-air corner of the building, poorly lit and full of parked cars, therefore not usable for those with reduced mobility. Staff quite distracted and uncooperative. Difficult to park.
