ARM YOURSELF WITH LOTS OF PATIENCE There is always a very slow line to move along even though there are often at least three or four of them, but it wouldn't bother me to wait if I at least had the certainty of finding competent and respectful staff. Instead, they always talk to me as if I were stupid: when I am asked if I know how to use or have already used something and I answer yes, they don't care, they have to explain everything to me anyway in ways that would insult a child, making me another waste a lot of time. I'm patient, perhaps they are used to an audience of a certain age and don't pay attention to it. The straw that broke the camel's back was selling me a tool that evidently didn't work because I was certainly wrong to use it; after verifying that it didn't actually work, they refused to refund me and even made a fuss about the replacement, which occurred after quite a bit of discussion. I've run out of patience, from now on I'll go and get ripped off in another pharmacy.
Grumpy and unfriendly staff. They swabbed me wrong, I received a negative and a positive result (I had only taken one swab) and when I asked for explanations I was told: "I mixed up the names because they were all foreigners" They didn't even want to do the swab again (obviously I claimed it was at their expense, because the "mistake" was made by the operator) I strongly advise against it. EDIT: Miss, please check your reservations better... or do we no longer know how to read? ;) And if it's normal for you to get an extra swab wrong with a justification like that, think again for a moment, because here people really have to go to work, not like you.
I have been going there for over 20 years now and the staff have always been kind, friendly and helpful. They always know how to give you advice and help.
You enter, there are 4 of you behind the counter, they don't say hello and after two seconds they are all in the back. It took me 13 minutes to buy something very quickly.
I can say that the kind, tireless lady Stefania, who among many other things takes care of home deliveries, when necessary, in record...Olympian time, really saved me!
