Would just like to say thank you to the staff and customers in this pharmacy, im from Scotland and burst my head open & needed advice and although there was a language barrier the people in the shop could not be more helpful, it just goes to show what a great city naples truly is, god bless and kind regards from a Scottish man 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇬🇧 🤝 🇮🇹

Personally they have always been courteous, kind and patient with me, with my father and also with my dog. Everyone is competent, and I'm sorry I no longer see some doctors who were there until a few months ago, but I have a particular affection for Dr. Gigante.

If I could give it 0 stars they would be well deserved. At 10.16pm for a life-saving medicine like bentelan (2.73 euros) they make you pay the "night service" of 2.50 euros. Shame on what we have come to... apart from the rudeness of the staff who while you ask them for the medicine are looking at the result of the Italy Albania match on their PC.... seeing as they lost to Spain. Respect 0. The health service must in any case be guaranteed on medicines, while a surcharge could be applied on non-necessary and urgent products such as condoms because if you want to have a "fuck" at 10pm you pay for the service. However we are ruined.

They were once kind, welcoming and thoughtful. Lately presumptuous, arrogant and even rude. I purchase a product, pay in advance, product to be collected in the afternoon.... I show up, and the doctor on duty realizes that the prescription had expired.... asking me the same in annoyed tones (veterinary product for heart disease). When I asked if I could still have the product and then have them deliver the recipe later as I am a ten-year customer as well as having already paid.... I was told that they are inflexible and that they would provide a refund. We are talking about a life-saving product. Humanity also comes through small gestures of courtesy. Go back to being humble and above all available towards customers who have always been polite and respectful. For about 10 years I have served you. The time has come for change.

I went to this pharmacy on the afternoon of September 25th, because I knew they were on duty. I am greeted at the counter by a pharmacist who looks at you with disdain, without knowing the person in front of her. I ask her for a syrup for dry cough and she offers me another syrup, saying that she didn't have the one requested, obviously the most expensive one she had in the pharmacy. Among other things, terrible, because the cough accentuated it, rather than cured it. .. But let's leave this aside... what struck me most was the rudeness and arrogance with which she addressed not only me, but also the customer before me. I believe that even just a little humility is enough, given that the lady has to deal with fragile people. However, I won't go back anymore, I feel sorry for the owner who has always seemed like a kind person.
