Average pharmacy in the centre, often open at night and on holidays.
As Canadians with NATO in Ferrara, we have been using Fides for 2 years now. I have an extremely complicated medical history but the staff at the pharmacy have been a tremendous support in helping me manage my conditions. Staff are gracious, very friendly and treat me with a dignity and care that I have not experienced in North American chain pharmacies. Of particular helpfulness has been there willingness to work within my linguistic boundaries and the extra attention to ensuring my prescriptions are ready and available when needed and they have assisted me by interacting with my personal dottore when necessary. There are more than 20 fallacies that ate easier to access than FIDES but I wouldn't change to another for any reason. Excellent on all aspects of this farmacia!!
Very helpful staff and some speak excellent English.
The woman by the counter immediately stopped communication with us because we didn't spoke to her in Italian.
Nobody speaks English. Even doesn't want to help.
