1 because I can't give 0 stars. Once I entered and expressed my request, the sales assistant refused to sell me a product that can be sold without a prescription. Disappointed by the treatment found in the pharmacy, where I have generally never encountered problems purchasing it. Changed pharmacy.

In Piazza Trento Trieste, there is this historic pharmacy renovated in its interior. It is not just a pharmacy, but a point of sale of excellent quality body and face products. There are often promotions. Friendly and competent staff. 🔝

Today 13.12.23, at 3.07pm I went to buy several products in this pharmacy, including a Rilastil optimal moisturizing cream. After paying I go out, and I realize that the box of Rilastil cream was empty. Within 3 minutes I immediately return to the pharmacy, explaining the error that occurred. The pharmacist initially in charge wanted to change the product, but her colleague intervened and rightly said to call the owner. While I was waiting for the aforementioned, I heard the pharmacists whispering among themselves implicitly calling me a liar, since according to them and subsequently according to the owner I was the one who hid the product. I left embarrassed and with the promise of a call back, which they didn't do. I later called back, to be told the same things. Also to specify that it is not my job but the pharmacist's to make sure that the product is inside the box and above all that it is correct. I pray for the €30 "stolen" by you, never again!

We often went to this pharmacy especially because it is open on Sundays. The girls were always kind, too bad I can't say the same thing about the owner. Very rude behavior
