Yesterday my daughter went to this pharmacy while she was waiting and she didn't feel well....you are in a pharmacy do you think they will help me!? But no!!! They didn't even want to let her go to the bathroom and they grumbled and humiliated my daughter, who at that moment just needed a little understanding and help. If you are not capable of doing this job, do something else, and above all don't stay in contact with people. How sad.
When a pharmacy is on duty, it should be indicated in some way (a sign would be enough) that the doorbell should be ringed or perhaps the landline should be answered. I lost 2 hours of time with my 1 year old son with a fever of 39!!!! DISGUST!!!!
The times I needed it I was fine, the pharmacy is quite well stocked and is located along the main road of the municipality of Granarolo Emilia. The rear part leads into an internal street where the pharmacy is behind to take swabs, etc. Even on Sundays one of the few in the province of Bologna that performs this service is carried out. I recommend to everyone!
