During the pandemic, December 2021, when I asked for a swab, they replied that they closed 3 minutes ago and there was no way, the second time because there was no pharmacist to do it and recently despite the request for a swab for a visit to a relative in hospital nothing because they only make them upon reservation and only in the morning, which is different in other pharmacies! I believe it is the only pharmacy in Messina that is so and exaggeratedly unavailable... In addition to the lack of courtesy every time I went in even for any medicine... Kindness in any case does not cost money, remember that!
