The working method and price changes in this pharmacy seem very strange. The day before yesterday I bought Okitask 20 sachets for €9, and 2 days later the same package costs around €11. In the Archella and Stanga area, I always bought it at the same price. And when I went to the pharmacy with a specific amount, I know what I will buy, what I need. I come to this pharmacy with €10 and they tell me it costs €11. Can you decide your own prices?
After the doctor's call I went at 10.30pm in a clear state of need with an electronic prescription which the pharmacist did not accept even after contacting the doctor on the phone again and speaking to the doctor on duty. I leave without the prescribed antibiotic. In addition to the disservice, the lack of education will make me never set foot in this pharmacy again. (Small tidbit about waiting times...Customers before me waited 20 minutes for a pack of tampons because the pharmacist was on the phone.)
Simply terrible. I had to purchase an antiviral drug with a prescription already in my possession. The doctor who served me never correctly forwarded the DPC (distribution on behalf that has an obligation to deliver within the next half day) and they bounced me for 24 hours saying that the drug had not arrived... When they saw that I had documented, then it turned out that the DPC had actually not been sent and that I could purchase the original drug (and not the generic) for the sum of €6.00. Now this option had not been presented to me the first time but the doctor who had served me had spent a long time explaining to me the homeopathic products for Herpes Zoster perhaps because there was some more interest?! Well... They won't see me as a customer anymore!
On Sunday 26 April, upon my request for an over-the-counter laxative, the pharmacist kindly but firmly asked me to show proof of my professional status as a doctor, then checking on the order site, since it confirmed my specialization. It was the first time in 30 years of graduation for more for an over-the-counter drug.
Cold staff and distant from giving correct advice to customers. I will never go again!
