After two customers who had come in after me were served, I went to another pharmacy. This is proof of the consideration they have for us! Furthermore, the "owner's response" is completely FALSE: the two people who were served without respecting the order of arrival at the pharmacy were neither pregnant (they were two males), but not elderly (at most they were around 40 years old ) and did not have to collect medicines or products booked; one had to pay and take a swab and the other asked for medicine saying she was in a hurry. Therefore, the "owner" responded without knowing what he is talking about or knowing the real problem.

Expensive pharmacy, rude owner. I called on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to book swabs for my daughters and I was always given the same answer. For Saturday and Sunday it is not necessary to book. You have to be patient and queue better if you come at 2pm because normally there are fewer people. When I arrive at 2pm I queue to pay and when I get to the cash register the owner tells me that swabs are not accepted without reservations. Truly absurd. For the swab, the Angelini pharmacy in Bastia Umbra is better, for the medicines absolutely the municipal one of Assisi!!!

Endless queues to get a load of everyone's cigarette smoke outside!!! then there's a young brunette sales assistant with glasses who is she is rude and racist towards elderly, foreign and sick women who looks them up and down, doesn't greet them, and treats them as if they were infected!!! There are various testimonies!! This young lady should do a thorough soul-searching...! !!!

I find it particularly embarrassing and unprofessional when two people discuss the work of one of them in front of the customer. Furthermore, I was given a shopping voucher for a drug that I had taken without a prescription and brought the next day, instead of refunding the sum. It had never happened to me. I didn't have a good time, I won't be back.
