The pharmacy, for being located in a neighborhood which (in my personal opinion is not the best) is quite well stocked: from essential drugs to cosmetics. So from this point of view it seems to me to be quite complete. What honestly leaves me perplexed is the appalling coldness with which patients are treated. It's quite embarrassing that if you are a regular customer they are more generous with their words, but if you are a new customer who sets foot in the pharmacy for the first time, you almost have to pray for information or worse still advice. Honestly, I'm quite annoyed by this smug treatment, that in the end ''we are all useful and no one is indispensable''. Not even Christ was since they killed him. I read, among other things, a review... which makes me... say disgusting is an understatement. To a human being, whether he is 60/80/20 years old, it is not even said in jest that sooner or later we all have to die. You or your wife die. Ah poor us!! To do certain jobs you need tact, EXTREME TACT, maximum patience and also a certain amount of kindness. The patient sometimes comes there even lost in search of advice... you DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE SARCASIM about other people's skin. It's not just the degree grade that counts, but also knowing how to do it. End of speech. For me it's a NO. If THERE IS AN URGENCY AND A NECESSITY I agree, but if I can avoid it, I avoid it. Ditto they certainly don't need me who am a number, not a PERSON to take care of. Until we meet again.

Witnessing a scene in which an over ninety year old asked for the possibility of booking the home vaccine due to the inability to travel. And hearing the pharmacist who, having glanced at the date of birth, replies: «What are you doing getting the vaccine? you have to die so much." Obviously it wasn't their fault if the system ran out of bookings for home vaccinations. But the responsibility of words two like boulders, in healthcare workers, were only for the respect due to their fellow doctors and nurses who lost their lives, and still today spend up to the last drop of energy in defense of ConSARs19 patients, those they are an act due as much as the apology to the subject (called - I remember - by law to get vaccinated) and a profound act of contrition and examination of conscience.

If you don't feel like working on August 19th it's better to close, neither a good morning nor a greeting, a grumpy and annoyed way of addressing the customer. Whoever does this job must absolutely understand what empathy is, whoever goes to the pharmacy goes there for a need, for an ailment, even the grumpy manner of those who work inside is not necessary.

I congratulate the Pharmacists, and in particular the Pharmacist, who demonstrate respect and professionalism towards those who ask for advice and opinions. And therefore I feel like expressing my sincere esteem.

Excellent pharmacy. The only flaw is that Via Giulio Petroni is a mess. There is no parking.
