Covid testing for return to US. Very friendly, efficient. Definitely recommend.
Very gentle people
I went to this pharmacy for a galenic preparation. I present the medical prescription on my mobile phone and they tell me that it will be ready after almost a month, telling me that if they had prepared it earlier, they would have notified me. They also had my email and cell phone. I show up on the appointed date and they tell me that they won't accept the prescription on my cell phone. So they didn't give me the medicine. But I say, why didn't they tell me right away that the recipe on my phone wasn't right? Why make me wait a month, given that the product is urgent for me??? My opinion about this pharmacy is very bad for lack of transparency and treatment
I frequented this pharmacy for about 6 years, I was often shocked by the almost "extreme" courtesy that all the employees showed towards the customer, a courtesy so exasperated that it almost seemed fake. Yesterday, March 22, I had proof that my suspicion was not entirely unfounded. This story disgusted me and that's why I want to take my time to tell it. In this case I was reprimanded for having brought my electric scooter with me (naturally closed and then crammed in a corner) with the phrase "but what way is this? If you had come with a car would the car have entered?". Faced with these words I understood "the essence" of these people, it made me think of the people in wheelchairs who, alas, could have entered at that very moment with two wheels much larger than those of a scooter and I thought of how they might have felt when faced with that "she walks on the street with those wheels". It's not the ban on entering a vehicle that disgusted me, but the way in which I was told and I believe that in this difficult period correctness (even in the way of expressing oneself) is of vital importance.
The doctor with blond hair, probable owner of the same pharmacy, proved to be intrusive, rude and extremely annoying with inappropriate and inappropriate comments when requesting an electrocardiogram. Something like that hadn't happened to me. I also told the story of the episode in other pharmacies, making the same request and they were all shocked. I will never set foot in this place again. If you are in the public eye, at least try to behave in a decent manner towards others.
