Pharmacy usually well stocked. The CUP service is present. The staff is friendly and gives good advice.
I have been working at Russi since 2010, despite living in Ravenna. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Ugo Rambelli, a person with a hasty but kind manner and an immense heart. Extremely competent at work, surrounded by his wife and his collaborators, the cornerstones of the business activity.
Courtesy and helpfulness from all the girls at the counter. They always manage to provide excellent solutions (never too invasive) especially for the youngest patients. Good job, everyone.
Competence, professionalism and availability of the pharmacy staff, something that is not always easy to find around. Great attention to the containment of anti-covid measures. Very satisfied.
Very little organization.. For a quick swab, it took me 1 hour. As I sat waiting to do it, it took 45 minutes plus 15 minutes of waiting for the result...
