Very bad, if possible even worse than before despite the renovation of the premises. The arrogant, pedantic and rude doctor, especially with the elderly who very often present themselves with unclear prescriptions for which they are obviously not responsible. It would be advisable to invest in a good manners course
Very professional and they were always very kind to me
Since I have lived in Bagnacavallo I have only been there twice and in both cases I was treated with rudeness and an unfriendly manner. As a healthcare professional, I am more than certain that this is not the right way to approach the public and patients. Do some soul-searching!
Rude, arrogant, know-it-alls. They seem to be eager to make people uncomfortable by venting obvious frustration. Apart from the cup lady, I have never come across such mean staff for no reason.
I would give 0 if it were possible. Really rude and arrogant staff, for no reason. I showed up with an expired prescription (unknowingly) and was treated as if I had stolen. I will definitely never return
