I had a slight cold on vacation. The nice pharmacist spoke English and I was able to easily explain my symptoms to him. He gave me drops and tablets that helped me a lot. Therefore a full 5 stars for the pharmacy 😊
The best in the area especially for the competent, kind and very helpful staff. Maximum professionalism, despite there being a queue of people waiting, the doctor did not finish giving advice to a caring mother who was looking for comfort and a product for her baby's nappy irritation. Congratulations, a true example for the category.
While I was on holiday with my family I needed to go to the San Giuseppe pharmacy in Vieste twice. The same doctor served me. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. My son solved his cough problem with a "miraculous" syrup and I, who had a similar conjunctivitis, all went away within a few days with targeted eye drops. Thank you with all my heart.
The pharmacy was closed three quarters of an hour before closing time. We had rented crutches, leaving the telephone number and time when we would come to bring them back. We were told the time was fine but when we arrived the pharmacy had closed early. So we were unable to return the crutches, effectively losing the deposit.
