Unfortunately I have to report a very unpleasant episode that occurred in this pharmacy where, up to now, I have often gone. Almost every month I go there to buy the Practil pill and in fact they usually put it aside for me. Three days ago I went to buy the drug again and the pharmacist started a discussion that made me feel attacked and uncomfortable. I didn't have the recipe with me, and although I was in good faith since I am a regular customer, I absolutely understand that it is wrong and I agreed with him that not bringing the recipe was a mistake. Then the pharmacist adds "if I were more Catholic I wouldn't sell you this pill". This sentence made me feel sick, I take the medication for endometriosis, however even if I purchased it only as a contraceptive there would be nothing wrong. Not selling the pill without a prescription I understand, not selling it by appealing to religion is madness. Attitudes of this type in which men and religious morality dictate the law on women's health really scare me, as I told him he lost a client/patient.
Attentive and trained staff. He takes care when a drug is not immediately available and calls back on the phone as soon as he arrives. I have seen an elderly person helped to understand the drug prescription well and ensure exact intake by making a written plan. Compliments. When the public system works very well we are all happier.
An hour and ten to take 4 medications and they even got one wrong without knowing how to fix it and wasting further time Never seen anything like it Shameful
Unfortunately the worst in the area the pharmacist makes mistakes every 3x2 the drugs 90% of the time have to be ordered better to avoid
Very courteous but exhaustingly slow!
