I can't stand it anymore, the time has come to write a review even though I have always been a regular visitor to the pharmacy. Every single time I go into the pharmacy for something serious, the usual pharmacists suggest that I do a nutritional visit with the pharmacy's biologist/nutritionist. (Also unkind to address a lady like that). For the umpteenth time, having shown my disinterest, they offer me to buy some anti-aging products (and then, who the hell told them that I don't suit myself as I am, with my age) such as Apulian tarallucci or biscuits with detox blueberries. It already seemed strange to me but in order not to seem rude given that I have known the pharmacist for years, I accepted. Biscuits arrived home all crumbled and a flavor that... I'll leave you to imagine. The pharmacy's proposals, the nutrition service which almost seems obligatory and poor quality products should be reviewed!

I purchased a special purpose medical product on the site. It was delivered to me very quickly. The girl at the brunette cosmetics counter is rude, without any empathy! He always seems to want to make the person in front of him clear as soon as possible... what enthusiasm in serving.... Luckily Rome is full of pharmacies with excellent dermocosmetic departments where you can receive excellent service and treatment... You don't know what that means

Brunette girl at the cosmetics counter who was listless and responded badly to my question asking for a price that wasn't displayed for a shower gel... how kind! Very slow pharmacists at the counter, I waited almost twenty minutes and there were four of them serving, I only had three people in front of me. 40 degrees in there too much difference in temperature compared to outside.. A heat that risks fainting. Goodbye
