Terrible pharmacy, I purchased some nasal drops for newborns, after paying, I asked if I could exchange the item for a spray of the same brand, the doctor told me that she couldn't, I had to wait for the doctor and wait 5 days , because you are not authorized to change products. But why do they leave it in the cash register????if you can't use the tax write-off?????? And we wait 5 days!!!!!!!!;; We will see .

Bad experience... I arrive at this pharmacy not very close to my home because for the first time I decide to take part in the screening promoted by the Local Health Authority for the prevention of cancer to collect the test tube. The doctor present tells me that to collect the test tube I have to deliver the letter sent by the ASL, but I didn't have it with me because I hadn't seen anywhere that I had to take it. I beg her in every way, since it took me 40 minutes to get there, but nothing. I go home, read the letter from the ASL carefully again and, for further certainty, I call the dedicated toll-free number. Conclusions: from the toll-free number they tell me there is no need to bring the letter because when the invitation arrives, we are already registered on the system and the authorized pharmacies are obliged to provide us with what is requested. I gave 1 star to be able to write the review.... otherwise not even that.
