I had only used the cosmetics service once with a very kind lady. Today I came to the pharmacy, I couldn't find the totem for the number, so I thought it wasn't needed. I was with my two year old son, we waited for the only two people ahead of us and when the station was cleared, a lady with a number arrived and the pharmacist, not interested in the slightest, let her pass. I found him rude after waiting with a small child, he could have let me through considering that I had queued and until that moment there was no one behind me while he exclaimed "let's let the lady through (with the number of course) . Well, I won't be returning.

Very kind and helpful staff, the same cannot be said of the doctor, I only came in once and will never come back, she refused to serve me saying that she needed the prescription for products prescribed by the dermatologist, I'll start by saying that I had the prescription in hand (letterhead and stamp of the dermatologist) he continued to respond rudely both to me and to some customers he served, he only changed his tone with the customer who took out his ASL card. Something ridiculous. Not to mention the fact that he didn't even have the courage to make a fuss directly by looking at me but, instead, intruding while I was talking to another pharmacist (the prescription was accepted without any fuss in 4 other pharmacies, the doctor should update herself)

I have been using this beautiful pharmacy for years but after yet another negative episode with the dermocosmetics department I find myself forced to change. It is truly a shame to note (common opinion) how repeatedly, the arrogance, rudeness and presumption of the staff (some more or less) can ruin the image of the entire pharmacy. And how can "personnel" who are not suitable for contact with the public not be removed. It's really a shame because otherwise it's almost excellent. More control over staff should be a must.

Large and well organized pharmacy! You can find absolutely everything, even cosmetics right at the entrance! Even though it is very busy, the queue is always flowing! The kind and competent doctors! Very clean and tidy place! The ability to park right in front is a very important thing
