If I could I would give even less, I bought some foam earplugs, specifically described as having a rounded tip, I was given a box with a representation of the type I needed and which I described on it, I pay, I go out, I open the box and inside the caps do not match, they are made of synthetic sponge and cylindrical, the cheap and uncomfortable ones that scratch and of a different brand from the external box, I return to return them, with receipt in hand and I am denied the return because I opened the package (not broken but just open and not sterile but a cardboard box). I don't complain for 3.2 euros, but they suck.
Unfortunately, not everyone is like that but I have happened to go to this pharmacy several times and every time one of the pharmacists speaks inappropriately, is rude and careless. Give work to those who really deserve it
Embarrassing service, the pharmacists take 20 minutes to give 2 medicines, regardless of the 5-6 people in line who accumulate. Furthermore, they are rude, not even a greeting, and they even look badly at the people who leave the queue first because they are exasperated by the slowness and carelessness.
Professionalism, kindness and availability of staff are to be appreciated. I have never had any problems ordering medicines. They always have some good advice to give. Inside is always very clean and fresh. Not that big, but never found it crowded. In case a lot of people come together they make you wait outside in line, which is very fast, because Lord they serve people fast. Well done!
16 euros wasted and a morning wasted for a wrong product ordered by the pharmacist (a middle-aged lady who evidently doesn't know how to do her job) who didn't change me for bureaucratic reasons even though she was the one who made the mistake. I will go directly to speak to the management as soon as possible because there is no way that certain incompetent people should be put to work and create inconveniences of this kind. Absolutely not recommended, they are a bunch of incompetents!
