I placed an online order at this pharmacy, paid regularly with PayPal, payment was successful and they disappeared. In fact, I couldn't expect anything else from a business that doesn't even provide telephone contacts. I got the number from the brother's Ariston pharmacy (they are very serious), and they NEVER answer, they always hang up. Shame. I advise you against buying from these people.

The employees should be moved to another location, especially given how they treat customers. I honestly don't understand why the owner is no longer present in this pharmacy, whose "DOCTORS"? THERE'S ONE WHO WEARS A WHITE COAT BUT SHE'S ONLY A COUNTER ASSISTANT (she's been working with you since you were in Via Campegna) and THIS IS NOT GOOD PRK THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW MISTAKE HER FOR A PHARMACIST! ALL THREE OF THEM ARE THE MASTERS! SINCE THEY CLOSE WITH A THREE HOUR SPLIT WHEN INSTEAD GOOGLE GIVES ME CONTINUOUS HOURS!! There are many negative reviews about the staff who, in addition to being clearly "UNFRASTCIOUS", DO NOT offer discounts (especially on the products ordered). WE HOPE WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EXPLAIN

COMPLAINT pharmacy! My parents, with my grandmother fresh from OPERATION, asked for a post-operation sock for her leg. The person who works there also took measurements with the tape measure giving the wrong size, creating a problem for an ELDERLY person who had just undergone surgery, creating sores near the prosthesis. Remove these incompetent people from these places!! You are a COMPLAINT!

The staff at this pharmacy is slow, lazy and unhelpful. The prices of drugs and supplements are above average. Not recommended. Don't work in contact with the public if you are not capable ESPECIALLY when dealing with the elderly and sick.

5.30pm on Friday 5 October. I enter this pharmacy that has been open for months for the first time. I take the reservation number and realize that I am the only customer waiting. I detect only one person behind one of the three designated stations who is giving explanations to a customer about a drug. After 5 minutes of waiting, continuing the dialogue at the counter, another "white coat" materializes and invites me to ask. The irritating and extremely incorrect thing I point out is that, for the entire time between delivery of the drug, payment and bagging it, "the white coat" continues to talk to the colleague with his back to me. I add, without deigning to wave goodbye upon my exit. A consideration is obligatory: if they reserve the same treatment for all customers it will be difficult for them to see long waiting lines forming.
