In response to the kind pharmacy that was interested on Google, I replied that the supplement in question is Foodspring Bcaa, purchased around June and expired in July. If you make a refund or exchange as appropriate (which I have already asked for by telephone and have been denied) I can easily trace the transaction since it was made by card, even if I informed you of this previously.

Dear Ferrara doctors, I would like to tell you about my experience this evening in your pharmacy. Let me start by saying that I have been a customer of yours for about 30 years, and for this reason I was very upset about what happened. Yesterday I went to your pharmacy to purchase Lauromycin ointment, recommended to me by my GP. Since the indication had been given to him via telephone, I asked the pharmacist if it was instead the Aureomycin ointment. The pharmacist very kindly confirmed to me that it was Lauromycin and therefore proceeded to reserve the drug and invited me to collect it the following day. This afternoon my husband went to collect the medicine, but to his great surprise he was sold the Aureomycin ointment, the one I already had at home. So I went to the pharmacy and explained what had happened to your doctor, who, realizing the mistake, gave me the right medicine. To my complaints about the inconvenience that had occurred he justified himself, annoyed, claiming that everyone can make mistakes. It's true, everyone can make mistakes, but in the pharmacy you have to be very careful because more than ever you are playing with people's lives! But then they didn't even realize the mistake they made! Of course, when I finally received the ointment I had ordered, I was asked to pay the difference, around €5.50. But when I asked to update the receipt I was told that there was no need, that was fine. Judge for yourself, I'm very saddened.
