For years, unfortunately due to some necessity and proximity, I have occasionally returned to this pharmacy. Rude, incompetent, they don't follow you properly and I always respond with a heavy tone as if I were almost disturbing them. I've never written reviews, I don't usually do it but after yet another negative experience I feel almost forced. Especially the older lady

Excellent service, very friendly and above all prepared staff. Well-stocked pharmacy and very helpful for breastfeeding mothers.

Based on my experience in the pharmacy, I consider the whole... shop staff place... excellent! The shop is well stocked, polite staff available in any circumstance (even and above all for an extra word and a smile) which is always a pleasure! Place located in a good area where there is the possibility of parking on two sides or if necessary on the rugby car park right in front of the pharmacy. I recommend the pharmacy to everyone, because it is one of those places, that when it is necessary to go there, it is a real pleasure to spend our time in a pleasant and harmonious way.

Today 9 September at 00.22, I called the pharmacy on duty and a man answered me, to the simple question: "good evening, are you on duty" he replied "but in your opinion? Did I answer you? "I didn't understand everything the first time due to background noise, I asked him to repeat please and in an even more arrogant and presumptuous tone he said "if I answered you it's obvious that I'm on duty" pure rudeness. Assuming that if I call you at 00.30 it's something serious, so I can't wait 8 hours and you use all this arrogance?? I and my entire family have always been excellent loyal customers over the years but I swear to God that none of us will ever set foot in this drug again. SHAME.

Pharmacy on a convenient street with parking on both sides, the staff has always been kind and professional with me. I recommend it!
