I give one star because unfortunately 0 stars is not possible. I had a lady ahead who was waiting for a medicine as she was motionless waiting, so I rang the intercom to ask for information about a medicine needed by my grandmother, a frail patient with bronchopneumonia, and the owner or I don't know who was serving me responded with a denigrating and unpleasant attitude, totally out of place with the absurd motivation that I had passed on Mrs. he doesn't have your chance and has to do it for little money or a few hours. You are the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life, shame on you.
I am used to having facial treatments, but the one received on the occasion of the Filorga day by Mrs. Concetta is unparalleled, she has golden hands as well as kindness and professionalism. I suggest activating it as a service to be able to do it regularly. RABBIT TO ALL I AM FULLY SATISFIED
An experience simply to forget....I have never seen such rudeness and above all arrogance!!! Luckily there are many other pharmacies, and also people who carry out their work with kindness... it is certainly a place where I will never go again!!
One evening after purchasing a medicine I realized that I had not been given the change for €1. The next morning I returned to ask how much I was entitled to with receipt in hand, the shop assistant who had served me said she didn't remember and her colleagues said they couldn't do anything... Too bad for €1 a bad impression
Totally negative. I don't know if the owner of the pharmacy was the one who served me but he was definitely a lout from Tarpano. Truly an anti-commercial character!!!
