Terrible Covid patient care service. After first calling to ask if it was necessary to make an appointment in advance to carry out the rapid Covid swab, I was told that it is only carried out at the Viale Trieste office and that no appointment was necessary. I went there with enormous difficulty due to a serious general malaise, after queuing, I was told that it was not possible to carry out the swab because there was too long a queue at the pharmacy and therefore I was advised to return after a few hours. The performance of a Covid swab, especially in symptomatic patients, should be a public service in the pharmacies that participate in this service, and it would therefore be desirable to show greater respect towards a sick person who goes to the pharmacy with an increased risk for the person themselves and for other visitors to the same place: any further unmotivated access would obviously expose everyone to a greater spread of the virus itself!

Above all, I would like to point out the super service from the dermocosmetics department: particular kindness, attention and professionalism! Congratulations and thank you very much!
