Disconcerting! Hospitality and professionalism equal to zero! When entering the pharmacy there was a customer and 3 pharmacists, none of the three looked up in the slightest, much less said good morning. After a few minutes I ask to come closer and I hear the answer: did you get the number? There is no one…Ok, let's move on I ask for a pharmacy brand product and the pharmacist opens her eyes wide, repeats the name of the product, searches on the computer and without saying anything disappears behind her for at least 10 minutes... After a while another pharmacist asks me if I was served and I reply that I had already asked but that her colleague had disappeared... she arrives exclaiming "here I am, the product isn't there and you can't order it" I point out that I am a colleague and ask why the product cannot be ordered She: “It can't be ordered.” I said goodbye and left but I couldn't help but write a review: the pharmacist is a professional, he is the first local healthcare point of reference so I believe that attention to the customer must be an essential prerogative both for professional ethics and for elevate our category to the professionals we are, all of this is completely absent in this pharmacy.

Number one in Olbia, kindness and professionalism at the top, nothing to take away from other pharmacies, but I have always been going there ❤️

Pharmacy located in Olbia without its own parking but easily found on the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. He was able to reassure me by explaining that it was a simple insect bite without alarming me. I found them to be very knowledgeable and competent.

It's not the first time I've been served by unhelpful and truly rude pharmacists. Asking for simple information for a few minutes regarding the purchase of a drug seems like asking for the whole world. Today, at the end of my purchase, while I was going to the exit, the pharmacist made some unpleasant comments to her colleague. The sense of working in this way, and the low civic sense, probably derives from the local context. As a trader I can only suggest that it doesn't make much sense to renovate and renovate a place, especially if it's a type of business in contact with the public, if it then becomes problematic and requires too much effort to serve a customer.
