Very negative experience from this exact physical address which also manages the Vigorito Group Pharmacies online site. I purchased a cat nephrokrill specifically for kidney failure and received this one for dogs for normal kidney function. Without explanations, without having contacted me, it was a product that was useless to me and which does not help the cat with renal failure. I asked The explanations via email and I was told that the product is also good for dogs which is not true.

On April 7th I purchased two medicines: Pontefix and Imodium. I paid 34.20 euros. I think it was a scam, as I was in a rush. I checked the prices at other pharmacies and the total does not match. I purchased a product with the image and description of a tube package, which arrived in a jar. Order of a few euros, called the pharmacy, the only solution offered to me was to send it back at my expense obviously higher than the value of the product. I went to this pharmacy to take a swab with a report on Sunday at 7.40pm to access the hospital where my partner was about to give birth and I was told that they were short of staff and therefore couldn't do it....and yet they were two pharmacists and only two customers...at the next pharmacy I was taken immediately, and there was only one pharmacist. You lack the desire to work, not the staff. Shame, never again. Not recommended.
