Terrible service. Extremely rude, they don't explain anything and respond badly if you ask for information. After abrupt manners, a clumsy swab and many scoldings because I didn't understand that the health card to deduct expenses from taxes had to be only mine and not that of my husband, I go home and I realize that they wrote my address wrong email. It was correct on my form, I have the photo. I left home and returned to the pharmacy, I asked to send it back to the correct address, since I need it for work. They told me it's impossible, now sent (to nowhere?). I would add that with a fever of 38 I waited 45 minutes in line in the sun + 15 minutes of waiting for the report. Terrifying experience, rudeness to the stars. Impossible to talk to them on the phone, they never answer. On the other hand, they are very good at making money, there is no doubt about that.

In my experience it is a very well-stocked pharmacy, it is rare that they don't have a product and you have to order it, unlike other pharmacies in the area or even in other areas of Rome, which more often force you to return to collect it. The hours are wide and it is very busy due to these reasons, and also due to the fact that in the area it was the only one that did swabs even on Sundays even when COVID was no longer an emergency. It's clear that if you go at a peak time you'll have to wait, both at the counter and for the swabs, but I've always had a good time, friendly staff, never a problem. It is a point of reference for the hinterland among the various pharmacies present.
