Best pharmacy I've found in Rome. So many great import brands, such as Bioderma, Isdin, Nuxe and many others and the store offers great promotions and freebies. And Frabizio is super nice and helpful. Grazie mille per l'aiuto 🙏

Don't go to this Farmacia! They will make you buy their overpriced stuff at any costs. (The prices are 2 or 3 times higher than in other stores!) I tested a nail polish color to see if it matches my Hybrid. I only made one dot on my nail and a security guard made me buy it for almost 20 euro! The nail polish wasnt even sealed, so many people might have tried it before and it looks like a used tester. I was upset and tried to explain my reasining but the security guard threatened me with Police and made me buy it. I finally did, because I didnt want any problems but it is the worst nail polish I ever used!

Girl with big mole near the lips needs to be fired! If i could give 0 stars i would. It used to be one of my favorite pharmacy ever. The people working here have no knowledge about dermatology. Today one girl of the stuff continued to mock me in having acne prone skin or oily skin when i don't have any of these! Never had acne in all my life and she stated that i have "acne scars" when i literally had nothing...just to make me buy more products...absurd...the place is really supplied but the costumer service is the worst. I wont come back.

Clearly wrong bill. False explanation and dishonest responses to our correction requests. The staff didn't admit her mistake and retort deliberately in Italian that we don't understand. Finally got a refund with a voucher but lost time. Convinced by the many low reviews! Check your receipt carefully.

I've never been treated so bad and rudly by anyone in my entire life!!! I came twice, just to give another shot and sadly it was horrible both the times!!! The two pharmaciats that were behind the bench yesterday and the day before are literally disgusting people!!! Zero education, no patient at all and again no willingness in meeting any of my medical needs! Instead of giving me explanations as they kindly should, they were full of rage and incredibly started to mock me togehter at every request!!! What a crazy behaviour is this? They only put me pressure to pay and I felt at total discomfort every single second! Just by the way they treat others, these two people deserve to be canceled by the national register! I wonder why they both do this profession for a living where respect and kindness come first of all! I hope life will teach them the lesson they need! Negative feedback and experience to forget. Google zero stars to rate would be the adequate! Case to report to their superiors. Sorry but I'll never come back to be treated this way.
