Fantastic customer service, they will help you to get what you want
Do not take your COVID test here, especially if you're a foreigner! What was supposed to be a very fast and easy process took an hour. This was mainly due to their inability to use the online platform properly. I'm not sure if it was racism but they served a bunch of locals even though I was first in the queue and the locals also told them I came first but they did not care. Not professional at all. Additionally, I didn't get a digital copy of the test as they only asked me for my phone number (not Italian). I asked them to add my email so I could receive it but they did not want to do it.
One of the ladies (I never took her bame-but it’s not the pharmacist) was so helpful and spoke to me in English with fluency. Thank you for your help!!
Nice pharmacy with everything you need like sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and feminine products. They speak English as well so don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Bought a very common over the counter drug - service was curt is all I'd say. I'm thankful I didn't need advice about what I needed to buy.
