terrible service...I tried three times to book a covid swab. the first time rejected because 'the Lazio region is under hacker attack' (??? as if it were the Lazio region that had to issue the report...)...second time, too congested due to the introduction of the green pass...but today they really outdid themselves... when I called they asked me the reason for the swab and I replied that I had to verify the positivity, confirmed a week ago with the swab on the 21st day.... I was told that 'positive swabs do not we do them because we don't have an external gazebo and that we only do them for those who need the green pass'... without words... I have reported the matter to the competent authorities, and I can only advise you against resorting to those who dishonor the medical profession. ..

I understand that privacy is a somewhat obsolete concept these days, that prevention is important since the risk of being infected is high, but employees should avoid asking customers too many questions when purchasing/booking a rapid covid swab, such as can a person know if they are positive or not if they are not even given the opportunity to take a swab? The symptoms of covid match an infinite number of things... Furthermore, if you offer a service to the public, no distinctions of any kind should be made in my opinion, if a customer wants to take a swab he is not asking for alternatives but for a day to arrange a appointment and 5 minutes of your time. I hope what happened is only due to a basic organizational problem, which should still be resolved, however it is a shame to write this review because otherwise it is a pharmacy that has always been well supplied and quick with customers...

Pharmacy in the Colli Aniene area always well stocked with baby products and cosmetics. It also provides medical services such as blood pressure measurement, podiatrist etc. Staff and owner always friendly and helpful.
