After many years as a customer, one is evidently no longer recognized as a historic customer due to a request made to the counter clerk. A request that was in line with local customs and practices that have been applied for years. So I prefer to change pharmacy and not be a loyal customer. A piece of advice for the counter staff, treat everyone in the same way as customers and not on the basis of friendships and/or more or less nice people.

I'll start by saying that, if you don't have time or people willing to stay on WhatsApp and give maximum customer service, I think that at this point it's better not to even give your phone number to their customers. Unacceptable service. As far as the pharmacy is concerned, in my opinion I vote just above passing. Hoping that this review of mine can help doctors or those who should view the famous App to help those who perhaps at that moment are unable to physically go to their pharmacy. Thank you.

One star is too many... absolute lack of professionalism. I have periodically procrastinated solely for the convenience of proximity, but they have consistently proven to be irritating to say the least, and this time I will no longer go to them until they change management. There are many pharmacies that are decidedly more suitable and above all more well-stocked while remaining in the area.

The worst I've ever been in... 4 people at the counters, a queue of 4 others... a stay of over 45 minutes... chatting, laughter, buying and selling products, family stories, Turkish negotiations on the discount of the products... in short, more of a "putia ro vino" than a pharmacy. I went in out of necessity...I'll look for another one next time.
