Extremely rude. I called for information on things I needed and being pregnant and not being able to go out I should have clearly sent someone with clear ideas on what to get. The girl was rude and unhelpful and insistent that I had to come in person. Education, kindness and empathy, what beautiful strangers! Don't work with the public if you don't feel like it, leave room for others!
