Incredibly rude. I go in for a prescription and you can already see the annoyance on the pharmacist's face (whatever) A prescription for a treatment where it was already written on the paper that I had to take it for 8 months, he makes me do it again (call the doctor if you really don't trust him), he sends me away because it has "expired" when in the other pharmacy immediately nearby they had me said that I could continue taking them with the same prescription, since the duration of the treatment was already written there. Which was also "fine" if it weren't for the teasing with which he told me no. Ma'am, take some time off if you can't be professional because you have a person in front of you who seems young and therefore "non-threatening".

I advise you to consult your doctor before going to this pharmacy if medicines are reimbursable, because in this pharmacy they pretend nothing is wrong and make you pay the full price. I spent €90 then I learned from my doctor that if they had advised me that I am eligible for credit I could have saved more than €50. Instead they told me "thank you for purchasing"

Large and well-stocked pharmacy, helpful and very kind staff; on several occasions they were able to order over-the-counter products for me that are now difficult to find. When a homeopathic or phytotherapeutic product is not easily available, I call this pharmacy: if they can't find it, I am sure that it is no longer produced and I don't waste time looking for it elsewhere.

Terrible...they made a mistake in piercing the little girl's ear, they didn't even admit the mistake and I had to repeat it at my expense...really terrible if I could, even zero stars
