Very poor service!

To be avoided. Today I ordered a product and for personal reasons I needed it with a precise ministerial code that I had communicated to the sales assistant. He assures me that it would arrive but then gives me a product with a different code. For personal reasons I really needed the other one and I asked for an exchange (two minutes after purchase). If the code changes and the person has booked something different (including price) they are entitled to a change. These poor people, in order not to give me a change at the time of collection, made a fuss over me and I kept a product that I threw away. I would have added the difference to get more! They lost a customer who spends over 500 euros a month on supplements, foods and health products. Honestly I always shop online and this was my first time going to the store. Online, not only is the product what I see and for which I have the entire technical data sheet with codes etc. but in case of exchange I don't even pay the courier for the reshipment! buy online in particular at Loreto Gallo which sells everything at half price and shipping is free... as well as unlimited exchanges. Talking and perfect invoices. They told me that the product was the same but this is not the case also because as you can see the type of leaks also changes. I attach photos. Nice way of trimming something different and not even making the change... I specified several times that it had to be the one requested and not another one. As you can see they gave me the plus and not the discreet pink that I wanted. If the previous one was no longer on the market, all I had to do was leave me the choice of not buying it or replacing it!!!

Not professional at all. I purchased some bottles of Aspirin that were expired long before my purchase. They shouldn't even have certain boxes, they probably don't check, not caring about people's health!

Maybe it was a bad day. But I found the staff quite rude, for no reason at all. I entered, waited my turn, said hello and made my request politely. Not being from the area I wouldn't have returned anyway, but what a way!
