A very small pharmacy. But very nice personnel. They will explain if needed.
Very bad.. Today you are on duty on the AUSL website..but.. You sent me away. I needed medicine otherwise I certainly wouldn't have come by today or Sunday.. the answer was that without a medical prescription you wouldn't have helped me today.. and that I could go to the emergency room to have it done.. evidently your work colleagues from the countries neighboring you work differently... If you provide a service at least respect it... you even told me that at the moment there was no one available in the facility because you were away... I remember that you are a supermarket.. if there must be a pharmacy on duty obviously and because if someone is ill or needs medicine they must be able to find them. Bad figure.
They are kind friendly all you want, but they are long as hunger. Sometimes you stay inside for even 20 minutes, half an hour and you have 3 or 4 people in front of you. I have never stayed in other pharmacies for more than 10 minutes
Competence, professionalism and kindness. Which is what you ask of a pharmacist doctor. I would never want to be treated quickly, rather with competence and professionalism. Kindness, then, is a must.
For various reasons I don't go there....and I wouldn't send anyone....I had a terrible time
