Terrible and frustrating experience. I went to them by car having called beforehand to make sure they had a specific drug, for which I specified on the phone that I had the necessary prescription to purchase and they told me yes, but that they had it available immediately in tablets rather than syrup. As announced to the lady who was also kind on the phone (but apparently incompetent) since this did not pose a problem for me in terms of taking the drug, I was able to purchase it shortly thereafter. Alas, I was moving the car to go to that area which wasn't even very easy to park and I found 3 of them at the counter, young people who seemed to be beginners, who consulted each other to get to the point of telling me that they couldn't enter the code and so blablabla according to them, one drug is not as good as another since I have the prescription for the syrup and not the tablets and they don't give it to me, despite the fact that on the phone one of them had herself proposed the alternative and therefore the replacement for sale. I'm fine if they don't sell it to me if the rule says so IF they clarify it to me on the phone, and not if on the contrary they even offer it to me as they did! In short, I only wasted time due to their lack of preparation, and I certainly do not recommend this incompetent pharmacy to anyone.

I don't usually write reviews but what happened to me deserves one... last weekend, I was at my sister's house, panicked because I noticed that my son (3 years old) had a persistent cough and couldn't breathe well, I went to this pharmacy and found a guardian angel... Doctor Gabriella, very professional and extremely sensitive, who despite the overcrowding managed to keep everything under control without losing her calm, and managed to keep some really rude customer! She only heard his cough and recommended bentelan and ventolin...when I returned home, I waited for my husband and still worried I decided to take my son to the Santobono emergency room...there they asked me if I had given him something first, I said about bentelan and ventolin...the doctor complimented me thinking it was all my own doing because I had had a good intuition and had thus already helped my son get better...but when I explained that it was It was the pharmacy doctor who looked at me and said "Ma'am, you were lucky, not all pharmacists can give advice so well, so congratulations to the doctor". If only we could meet such competent and kind people every day.

Excellent well-stocked pharmacy. Doctor Gabriella makes the difference, always kind and helpful in everything you ask of her, prepared to always advise the right thing. The rapid swab service which is essential during this period is also excellent. Raffaele is also always very helpful. For any need I recommend this pharmacy.

Clearly finding myself in difficulty with my little son stuck in traffic, I unfortunately had the misfortune of stopping the car near this pharmacy and running into a pedantic and offensive pharmacist who, instead of limiting herself to carrying out her job of selling me milk and bottles that I had entered to buy, he first assumed that I didn't have the will to buy the product (almost as if I had come in to beg for something, while I was clearly feeling the difficulty of having to manage a critical moment). Not happy, she continued to want to publicly humiliate me by not acquiring the money necessary for the shopping, which I had given her, saying that she was giving it to the child with the intention of further diminishing my role as a mother. A truly terrible and unpleasant experience for a new mother who may find herself in any difficulty and need to quickly resolve any type of problem while finding staff who are so unsuited to dealing with the public. And in any case a mother should never allow herself to judge another mother because only those who experience their child can know the commitment behind it. Very bad.
