FARMASPA particularly disappointing, we know that in these areas hygiene makes the difference and unfortunately during my experience it was lacking. I had a couple of treatments on the same day, almost nightmarish. I will only focus on some general aspects. First of all the hygiene: poor. The beautician in charge did not use gloves during the treatment and wore a considerable number of bracelets (in my opinion unhygienic and disgusting if you carry out such work). Furthermore, during the treatment, without any politeness or confidentiality, other staff entered and exited the room, which was particularly annoying for the client who was on the bed. Not to mention the absolute hatred and lack of kindness. I definitely won't go back. Nothing to complain about, however, regarding the courtesy and attention to detail of the PHARMACY.

Well-stocked pharmacy, friendly staff, the only flaw is that they NEVER ANSWER the phone, despite having a lot of staff, the excuse used is that they have to give priority to customers present in the shop. It's an unprofessional excuse, because if you urgently need information on a drug and you can't go there, it's better to call elsewhere. The warehouse worker could answer or a specific figure.
