It pains me a lot to have to write such a review, and I apologize to the Doctor who will see it from up there 🙏🏻 Alas, since he has been gone the staff has collapsed in terms of: professionalism, courtesy and kindness towards the customer. It's the second time someone yells in my face for no real reason, with a nervousness that I believe comes from their personal problems that they take out and vent on the poor customers who happen to be in those parts. Furthermore, the same staff gives false medical information, therefore exercising skills for which they have no qualifications and for which they are not there (dermatology, nephrology, psychology and etc.). The unfortunate ones can only remain astonished in the face of such unjustified aggression. Several times I have had to call my referring doctors (who have been following me for years) in disbelief, having to explain to them that the pharmacist gave me information which later turned out to be completely wrong and in conflict with my parents' directives/prescriptions. already mentioned doctors. Even if you want to explain it to them, they don't make you talk because they continue to flood you with words (also telling personal facts as examples, which are irrelevant among other things) always obviously in a ferocious manner. Do we want to talk about pierced ears? Which theoretically could not be done with the gun and which in fact get infected every 2X3 even using the same earrings from the same pharmacy? Forcing you to become practically dependent on 'Cortison Chemicentina'. What can I say... if you can, go elsewhere, I'm telling you for your mental and physical well-being.

The Peluso pharmacy has always been my family's point of reference. After having been operated on for a spinal abscess, I needed an important drug, the availability of which was totally limited in many pharmacies in the area. Only Dr. E. Peluso made sure that I could continue my treatment at home. Infinite thanks to you and to all the staff, always kind and ready to accommodate every customer's need. Simona Martucci

Yesterday January 16, 2023 I go to this pharmacy to get my mother's medicine. As I was approaching the cash register I stumbled upon a stool shelf placed without any sign near the registers... I'll start by saying that there were at least 15 people inside... moral of the story in the emergency room they found two fractures in my foot plus problems with my ankle ....since we are regular customers this evening I went to the pharmacy to speak good-naturedly with doctor Peluso ....I almost felt cheated when the doctor told me: sue me because I have 4 lawyers....one such a smallness that calling it embarrassing strikes me as a compliment. The icing on the cake is an elderly blonde lady (I assume she is the doctor's wife...Doctor is a big word) who should be retiring who first denied having seen me then told me she saw me leave ,then in the third he accused me of falling out and then going in!!!! In short, there is a medical report and above all images from the cameras that accept my disastrous fall....plus when I got up they even provided me with freezer ice for my ankle and they told me papal papal before you there at least 5 more fell!!!! For my good faith I enclose a receipt that verifies my presence yesterday at this pharmacy... in any case you have certainly lost some customers... as you said doctor... we will see each other in court.... if an activity like yours doesn't have insurance in 2023 and it's very serious....he's talking to a restaurateur and I have insurance in my premises ranging from food intolerance to an accidental fall.....I strongly advise against this activity for the little education...doctor if you feel with a clear conscience please show the recordings of your cameras from yesterday January 16th between 11.18am and 11.23am

I am correcting the previous review due to an exaggerated discussion with an internal doctor who, despite the coranovirus, tried in every way to make room by asking me to move away from the counter twice to make room for others but I was the one being served.
