Rude and not at all professional, be very careful when you are prescribed recipes and give them to them, because in the two times that I went there, both cases they were wrong to give me what I needed, also making me feel as if I I was an idiot (and it was all written down on the medications, in theory easy to read for a pharmacist). The first time a mistake can be made and it happens, but the second time I pointed it out and they reacted as if I had wronged them and I was the object of ridicule on their part, which was horrible to say the least. This is the reason for the total lack of professionalism and help on their part, I had to write this review to be able to help others avoid this inconvenience that one should absolutely not experience in general, let alone in a pharmacy. There are other, much better, pharmacies in the area a maximum of 3 minutes away that really want to help the customer and do their job properly. And absolutely the last thing they think about is giving the customer a rude attitude like I was given by the pharmacists at PHARMACY FORTUNA. I hope my "point of view" may have helped in some way.
