Very friendly and helpful staff. Products that are not immediately available in the pharmacy can also be ordered over the phone and arrive the next day. The loyalty card allows you to have excellent discounts. The corner dedicated to cosmetics and hygiene and personal care products is very well looked after and stocked; I particularly recommend the products from the Apivita line, excellent and with delicious scents. Excellent nearby pharmacy!

Terrible service, they treated me with shameful superficiality. There were about 15 minutes until the pharmacy closed (evening) and I had to pick up some pills for my grandmother with a heart condition, therefore vital pills. There were 9 recipes, I realized that one was missing but they, annoyed and with extreme disdain, said no, stating that everything was there. Well gentlemen, shortly afterwards they called me back when I had practically arrived home (Campi Elisi area), telling me that a recipe was missing and that they hadn't noticed. Of disconcerting rudeness, superficiality and inattention, highly inadvisable.

I am a severely disabled person and have been frequenting this pharmacy for a quarter of a century. The team is made up of a variable group of efficient pharmacists. Each one takes care of serving at the counter and taking turns at the CUP. They have an excellent service for cosmetics and alternative treatments. The "girls" are empathetic, patient, always competent and up to date. Value added? They enforce the queues with friendliness + professionalism. We grow fond of these people who love their work and, if they can, help.

I found the doctors very kind...the pharmacy also supplied with excellent natural body products which I bought and I am super satisfied, thanks also to the advice and description of the nature of the product from one of the very helpful doctors. I will go back to get the product and it's not even expensive.

I have been a customer for a few years and have always had a good experience. Wide choice of products and excellent service. A great neighborhood pharmacy. Recommended
