Pharmacy to be sabotaged and bankrupted, I queued for 30 minutes to be kicked out in a really rude, rude and completely unprofessional way. In front of me a lady had to collect a medicine which was apparently very important and was kicked out too, if this is respect for people who are ill I hope that one day the lady herself will be repaid with the same coin, suffering sick at home with the care she is denied. SHAME!

Top pharmacy. The doctors are kind and competent.

One star because you can't do less. The rudeness of the lady has no equal; he didn't satisfy even one customer out of three (only while I was there), even telling one customer who showed up with strange requests (medical prescriptions). But then he had oil 31. She told me that I was prescribed an antibiotic (Velamox) that hasn't been used for twenty years... strange, the Niguarda hospital prescribed it to me, certainly more modern than the hole she runs, where she shows up dressed with a tracksuit (assuming it wasn't pajamas) and not even the "semblance" of a lab coat which would at least make her more professionally credible. I wonder what they make her stay open on duty to do, given the desire she has, the rudeness with which she treats customers and the nothing she has to sell!

VERY rude and impolite elderly lady, let me start by saying that it is not an insult but constructive criticism, the lady, as well as being rude and impolite, is also VERY ignorant on the subject and if you point out to her that she is making a mistake, nothing changes. Now I understand why they call it “the rude pharmacy”

A snail can be faster than this pharmacist, I went today (7/06/22) at 3.30pm and there were three people in the queue, the last one left out of desperation! I went in and waited for HALF AN HOUR with TWO people in front of me. When I get to the counter I show her the EXACT same recipe I brought last week and she says "The recipe must conform" when there had been no problems the week before🤡. WHAT A CIRCUS.
