They are very kind and helpful. They advise very well if there is a problem that they can solve. I've always had a great time with them. They are professional and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Barba had a rude reaction towards me when I asked for a service, or at least I considered it a service, that other pharmacies in Jesi normally provide. In practice I asked for a blood pressure medicine complete with the slip of the finished package, asking if I could get the prescription from my doctor. He raged against me in a controversy that was incomprehensible to me, complete with invective against the pharmacies that provide this service. Naturally I wasn't able to understand what Dr. Barba's problem was, I just kept calm by explaining that it was enough to respond, with kindness - that's always needed, that that type of service wasn't provided in his pharmacy. Finished. I would have left thanking you with more information. Instead, I entered as a customer and was treated worse than a thief. Then, given my calm response, he realized he had been very rude and apologised. Apology accepted. I don't doubt the professionalism and seriousness of the pharmacist, but I believe that with these seasonal changes, a little passionflower drops can help to avoid losing customers. Then it seems to me that it should be without a prescription.

Since the owner literally ate my face for asking if he could get me a prescription, 3 years have passed and I have never set foot in this pharmacy again. There are ways and ways of addressing customers, shouting and attacking just for asking a question doesn't deserve anything good.

The Dr. Barba is a gentleman and knows how to manage the needs of those who turn to him. Excellent pharmacist well supported by his collaborators.
