Bah...closing time displayed 7.30pm I arrive in front of the pharmacy at 7.16pm precisely (after work) and I find it closed...and already the second time this has happened! I had time to go to the nearby pharmacy which, look... it was still open.. Sell medicines, not jewellery, your work and the citizens' needs are important, in my opinion all pharmacies should be open even on mid-Sunday day!

After queuing for two hours to take a swab, my husband and son were told that the quarantine for close contacts is 7 days. From 31 December, for those vaccinated with two doses for more than 4 months the quarantine is 5 days. Is it possible that some doctors don't know?

I sent my dad to buy drugs for himself, taking with him the NRE electronic prescription number. We have heard that they only sell them upon presentation of paper recipes. Absurd! Same thing for the "repeatable" ones which by law are valid for six months for a maximum use of 10 times; pharmacists collect the prescription and never return it, meaning that every time the buyer has to have the prescription redone by his doctor! This way of acting does not respect rules and laws and I think it is right to report it to the community. I'll change pharmacy!

Hours of queuing in the freezing cold for the swab and when my turn comes they decide to close the acceptances. If I test negative for Covid, however, I will certainly have the flu due to the cold I had to endure. Scandalous.

They carry out rapid swabs until 10pm. Without Reservation!
