Hi, I contacted the Capri pharmacy in Rome by telephone for monitoring (cardiac Holter). I immediately felt the kindness together with the availability to listen of the pharmacist doctor who reassured me on all my questions to carry out the test I needed. Immediately a few hours after the test, I received the detailed response from the cardiologist Dr. Daniele Gabrielli. Imagine needing a drug and receiving rudeness and not-so-subtle insults as a response. But leaving aside the ignorance of the pharmacists on the decree of 31.3.2008, what cannot be ignored is the way in which I was treated: rude, rude tone and air of superiority and sufficiency. Nice way to treat people who are suffering. I'll edit to respond to your answer: if I had been asked, instead of attacking me with rudeness and unprofessionalism, I would have had no problem showing the necessary documentation, thanks to the national system which has finally been digitised, I have everything on my phone, unfortunately I missed it only the recipe, on which he was accused. I offered to show the empty blister, receiving the response "it's not right". As far as arguing personally, I have better things to do than go back to that place and be treated like I'm stupid and a criminal.
