All the staff very kind except Mrs. Maria Giovanna. I already had problems with her for a medicine (I'm not going to tell the diatribes) this time I asked for the diabetic kit consisting of lancing sticks and lancets. I was only given the lancing sticks and lancets!!! I have the feeling that perhaps it was done on purpose, also because the kit, requested in good time, expired on 6/30 (I remember that 6/29 is a holiday in Rome and therefore I was only able to collect it today which is the 1st July. If you are looking for a place to be served with kindness, stay away from this pharmacy! I was challenged about an electronic prescription made by my GP. When I asked to pay by debit card, the doctor who was serving me was extremely annoyed and snorted in my face. As if that wasn't enough he started giving me the drugs almost by throwing them at me, he probably confused the pharmacy with the javelin throwing Olympics.
