Excellent pharmacy and parapharmacy from the same chain. Very kind pharmacists available and always ready to give the right advice. I tried the beauty booth service in the pharmacy which I must say was really excellent. It was a super pampering and much appreciated, highly recommended. Luana is really good, professional and very kind. Then the experience with the swab service in the gazebo outside the pharmacy was excellent. It is very easy to book on the site. Swab done on a Saturday afternoon without a queue in a quick and simple and personal way, also very helpful and a few meters from home, better than that...

I've read several negative reviews, but I have to say that last Saturday I had to take my first swab. The staff was kind, quick (with everyone) and also empathetic and discreet with me in communicating the outcome unfortunately... The online booking service was very convenient, with the choice of the type of swab, day and time (which are respected) .

Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. The swab service is literally worth forgetting: you have to book online and then find yourself in a queue once you get there. On the phone they inform you that without a reservation you cannot take the swab test, but then when you get there you find yourself with people in the queue who have not booked. And there are very long queues. There are pharmacies not far away that offer the same service without reservation and with very kind and efficient staff.

Terrible swab service and bordering on ridiculous. They give you a time, but then you have to queue outside, without a priority given by the booking time. Plus, the employee leaves and we don't know when he'll be back...NEVER AGAIN!!! THIS is a joke, there is no respect for a citizen who perhaps has little time... of all the pharmacies where I normally take the swab, this is really the only one like this! Never never again
