Unfortunately I had to change my rating, it was a pharmacy where you could really find everything, the best in the area, since they joined the Italian pharmacies group it has become like all the others and the staff is not available in case you need to find medicines hard to find, they don't even listen to you.

Rude, for a simple piece of information they dismiss you rudely and you see them sneer making you feel like the pain in the ass. I WISH YOU TO ALWAYS DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN LIFE😘

Terrible pharmacy, rude, arrogant, incompetent and totally disorganized staff, they lose the prescriptions for the drugs they say they have booked, giving the customer the booking reminder but, in reality, there is NO order placed! A pharmacy in Burundi works much better!

A tragedy! There is always a queue but not because they are fabulous, cheap and efficient but only because they are SLOW, they are always arguing with each other and above all the owner is extremely rude, rude, mistreats the employees and rightly the customers; He mumbles about everything and is not friendly or welcoming. I only go there if I have to because it's very convenient for me but every time I leave regretful because only 200 meters further on I have an alternative. Not recommended and in any case resign yourself if you happen to spend at least 30 minutes there!

Very poor organization for rapid swabs. Slow and rude. They have a single line for swabs and purchases at the counter. I've gone to them 3 times for a quick swab in the space of 6 months (just because it's the pharmacy closest to me) and each time they have a different problem. Not recommended!
