My experience at this pharmacy dates back to a few years ago, during the period in which Covid swabs were carried out. Unfortunately, I can only share one negative memory. Upon my polite request not to insert the swab too deep into the nose, the operator limited himself to commenting sarcastically to his colleague, completely ignoring my concern. The swab was inserted so deeply that I bled from my nose. Even today, thinking back to that moment, it makes me shudder at the way they treated people. Overall, I found the staff at this pharmacy to be arrogant and rude. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against going to this place.

Good morning, this morning my husband came by to take a vitamin C supplement for children... Is it possible that you give him anything without giving instructions since there is no leaflet inside... Also it tastes disgusting to us adults let alone for my 17 month old daughter. There is no instruction on how many drops go by weight! You are not professional and attentive unfortunately!!! The worst pharmacy that exists in San Giovanni Lupatoto, rude, rude employees especially the unfeminine gentleman who works as if he didn't want to do it. Perhaps working for the municipality they are not monitored, so most likely they are fixed for life without doing anything; but whoever reads this post, I advise you not to set foot there, there are private pharmacies that deserve more. These people here ask for a doctor's referral even for over-the-counter medicines.

3 masks more than 40 euros.... The state was clear... Any form of profiteering on safety devices is prohibited... I hope that those responsible will take action
