I have always felt good in this pharmacy and yesterday I had proof of this. The doctor had ordered my father an antibiotic that was no longer in production: I was faced with a critical situation since it was late and I didn't know what to do. Doctor Antonella, without me realizing it, picked up the phone and called the doctor explaining that she would have to write a new prescription with a new drug. In less than a quarter of an hour I went from the anxiety of not knowing what to do to having a ready and quick solution to my problem. I also thank the kind gentlemen who wanted to give me priority in the queue. People always make the difference.

Good pharmacy, very helpful, took all the time and effort to explain everything after my husband was admitted to the hospital in Verona. Very customer-friendly and human. For a tourist I think it is the best one you can visit.
